O is for Outside edge spiral

An outside edge spiral is were you spiral (meaning lifting one leg up) and staying on the outside edge of your skate.  Which means either leaning really far out to the right, or really far out to the left on one of your legs.  In this video that I'm about to show you, with my sister and one of my skating friends, I, lift up my left leg to spiral, but since they both lift up their right leg, I had to as well.  So my spiral isn't as high in this video, but it's the best I could do LOL.  (I'm the one in the middle!) :)

The spiral is a fairly easy move to get consistent.  I've had the spiral for a long time now.  The spiral takes great flexibility and balance.  This video was taken today.  :)

Hope you enjoyed watching!
