L is for Layback

The layback is a really cool spin were you rotate with your leg curved and your arms in a pretty, graceful position.  It took me a while to get my layback.  It can make you super dizzy (it still does) and can make you totally off balance.  Here's a video of me doing the layback spin. :)

It's pretty slow, but my main focus right now is to get the position right.  This video was taken two days ago.  :)
