A-Z blogging challenge

Today I signed up to do the A-Z blogging challenge created by Arlee Bird.  His site is http://tossingitout.blogspot.com/
I am really excited to do this challenge this is a great way to meet a whole bunch of new people and (hopefully) a chance to get a lot more followers!! Hehehehe :) I think my theme for this challenge will be about my figure skating. For every letter I will post a video of me doing a jump or spin or a super cool move that starts with that letter!  I am really excited for this challenge and can't wait until it starts!! :)

Cruise!

In just over 30 days my family and I are going to go on an amazing cruise to the Eastern Caribbean!  We are going to go horseback riding,  snorkeling maybe scuba diving, but I'm a little scared to do that!  We will also have the great opportunity to go swimming with the dolphins!  I am soooo excited to be going there!  This will be such an awesome trip!  The last time we went on a cruise I was only five years old, so I don't really remember what it was like.  We are going to be stopping in 4 different places, St. Maarten, Princess Cays, Turks and Caicos, and St. Thomas.  Also to add to all of the fun, our grandparents will be coming with us as well!  I am so excited and counting down the days till we go! :)

Beta Reading

The weather has been really bad these past few days.  It's rainy, muddy, cold and just MISERABLE!  So lately (meaning 2 days ago) I have been beta reading my sister Jessica's novel!  Her blog is http://writeskatedream-jmckendry.blogspot.com/  if you want to go check it out! :)
Anyway I have just started it and I think it is really good!  I'm only on chapter three and I am already hooked!  Not much else to say today, I didn't get to go skating this morning because the freestyle started at 6:30 and my mom thought I should sleep in because of all of the stress from the synchronized skating competition.  But tonight all five of us (my mom, my dad, my brother my sister and me) will be going to the gym tonight for the daily (or I guess nightly) work out.  That's it for today! I'll post again soon!

So Fun

Just wanted to tell you guys that we had so much fun competing at the synchronized skating competition in Fraser, Michigan.  This was our first out of state competition and girls from all over the country were competing there!  We had lots of fun, but we ended up taking 9th place out of 9 :(

But thankfully everyone was OK with it and we all admitted how much fun it was to hang out, run around the hotel and just have an AWESOME time! Nobody was actually mad that we got last. We were obviously disappointed but there's a competition coming up in February that we are all really excited about and pretty confident about!  Hopefully we'll do good then!  We had so much fun and right after the competition we got to stay over at our grandparent's house!  Wish I could relive this whole week over again!!

New Background

Today I changed my background (as you can obviously see).  Hopefully you all like it!  My sister Jessica really wanted me to have this background she said "It really fits your personality."  So I'm at least keeping it for a while.  That's really all for now, but I do want to say that I have a synchronized skating competition in only 3 days!  I am so excited and we are actually going to be competing at a HUGE rink in Michigan!  This will be our first out of state competition!  I'll probably post about how the competition went!
