  7. Comedy and fantasy are two good combinations for any aspiring writer. It is said that if one can write comedy well, he/she can write anything and be successful.

Can't wait for the next Avengers!

  12. I reviewed "Want U Back" on my blog a few months ago. Cher Lloyd isn't really on my music radar, with Pink incoming and Nicki Minaj and Lana Del Rey with rereleases coming up, but if Cher releases a new music video, I might check her out again.

I'm not sure. I have no idea if Cher's pop sound appeals to me or not, from what little music she has out there.

  15. Hi, Alyssa,

You are the type of blogger i love to meet: a very together teen. I enjoy teens pov's so much. You are all a breath of fresh air.

When I was your age I was a skater as well. I had been skating for the time I was 3. I pushed for the olympics, but I didn't have ENOUGH talent. I did make regionals though and that was very exciting. My calling was in the arts. Classic, drawing, painting, and design. And now writing.

You also have an appreciation for many types of genres which will certainly come in handy for your writing.

You nailed fantasy. It;s only the BEST. How else can you travel to different worlds without having to leave the comfort of your room.

Keep up the great work. I will look forward to further posts from you.

  18. Hello, Alyssa. Thanks for sharing your list. As you can see, it has taken me all week to get through it. It's that pesky 11 hour day job that gets in the way. *laughs* Let that be a lesson to you. Get that degree and choose something you love to do because you may be a slave to it some day.
Train fan, huh? Me, too. I got sucked in by "Drops of Jupiter" and have never looked back. I have seen the band three times and look forward to seeing them again. Take care of yourself.
