I is for illusion

The illusion is a cool move where your leg kind of acts like a see-saw.  You do a right inside three turn, and kick your left leg up and touch your right hand to the ice.  Your leg and arm go up and down like a see-saw.  This is a really cool move!  Here it is!

I've had this move for a while now, I don't exactly remember for how long.  I probably started working on it a couple of months ago.  This was taken today. :)

Hope you enjoyed watching!!!

  1. Great move! It appeared effortless...which I'm guessing was the point. :)

  2. Very nice! I love figure skating, and when I was your age (seems like eons ago, *sigh*) I got pretty good at it... But in Mexico skating rinks are hard to come by, and now that I live in the Caribbean, I haven't even seen one in--well, years. Thanks for sharing this video (and for giving this move I love a name!)--brought back some very cool memories :)

  4. You make all these moves look so easy. You skate just like your mom, the coach. Simply beautiful! Love, Grandma
